Terms and Conditions for "Becoming HER with Stally"

Refund Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide flexibility to our valued participants. In the event that you are unable to attend the retreat for which you have registered, we offer a credit refund policy. Please note the following terms and conditions:

Credit Refund Only:

Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit voucher that can be applied towards future retreats hosted by our organization. The credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the original registrant. 50% of the total amount paid at the time of cancellation will be kept as a non-refundable deposit and will not be credited or reimbursed. The remainder will be held as a credit for 12 months and may be used towards any future Retreats hosted by The Life Squad.

Notification Period:

To be eligible for a credit refund, participants must notify us of their cancellation within thirty (30) days before the start date of the Retreat. This period may vary depending on the specific retreat, and details will be provided upon registration.

Credit Expiry:

The credit voucher will expire 12 months from the date a cancellation request has been submitted to info@thelifesquad.com, and participants must utilize it for a future retreat before the specified deadline. Expired credits will not be reinstated.

Booking Flexibility:

Participants using the credit refund can choose from available dates and retreat options, subject to availability.

No Cash Refunds:

Please note that cash refunds are not available under this policy. The credit voucher is the sole form of reimbursement.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In exceptional cases where participants face unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, we may review requests for alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

By registering for our retreat, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a supportive and flexible environment for all our participants. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Participant Responsibilities:

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and associated costs. All participants must provide accurate and up-to-date health information and notify us of any special requirements or dietary needs.

Program Changes:

While we strive to adhere to the scheduled program, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, activities, location or facilitators if necessary.

Health and Safety:

Participants are responsible for their own well-being during the retreat. Any health concerns or dietary restrictions must be communicated in advance.

Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to respect fellow participants, facilitators, and staff. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the Retreat without a refund.

Liability:

The Purpose to Profits Retreat is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during the Retreat. Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance covering health, travel disruptions, and personal belongings.

Media Release:

By participating in the Retreat, you grant The Life Squad permission to use photographs or videos taken during the Retreat for promotional purposes.

Force Majeure:

All Retreats are not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.

By booking and participating in the Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. The Life Squad reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
